One of our customers from Japan asked us to supply a 75% grade of ferrosilicon grain inoculant for their foundry and requested us to provide relevant SGS and BV certificates. We first provided the customer with the relevant SGS and BV certificates and then provided ferrosilicon samples to the customer. One week later, the customer was very satisfied with the quality of our ferrosilicon grain inoculant and signed a purchase order for 300 tons.
The 75% grade of ferrosilicon grain inoculant is mainly used in the casting process and can be used to best effect in the production of gray cast iron and graphite cast iron. It can effectively reduce the amount of inoculant and enhance the inoculation effect, melting rapidly in the iron solution, promoting the number of eutectic spheres while improving the distribution pattern of graphite and significantly reducing the appearance of white mouth tendency and honeycomb holes.
